Refund Policy - the basics

2. Non-Refundable Services


All fees for legal services, consultations, and advice are non-refundable once work has commenced or services have been rendered. This includes any research, document preparation, or legal representation.

3. Refund Eligibility


Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • If payment was made in error or in duplicate.

  • If we are unable to provide the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.

  • If a service has not yet commenced and a refund request is made within 48 hours of payment.

4. Refund Request Process


To request a refund, clients must submit a written request via email to chudleighlegalservices@gmail.com within the applicable timeframe. The request must include proof of payment and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.

5. Processing Time


Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued via the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes


Clients are encouraged to contact us directly for any refund concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Unjustified chargebacks may result in additional fees or legal action.

7. Changes to This Policy


We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
